Understanding Multipolarity: Key Concepts in Russian and Chinese Thought (1997–2024)

In this part of the 21st century we are facing a historic change. The global hegemony of the United States is countered by the idea of multipolarity or a multipolar world order. Its main exponents are Russia and China, countries that have experienced a series of falls and rises in their recent history and are now proposing the lines of a new world order based on ideas and values opposed to those from the United States.
