The  Economic Sciences Journal (RCE-UAM) is an annual, open-access publication created in 2024 by the Faculty of Administrative and Economic Sciences (FCAE) of the American University (UAM). Its purpose is to promote and disseminate knowledge of economic sciences, based on research conducted by the faculty staff as well as students participating in its various study programs. This does not exclude external researchers interested in contributing to the current discourse on the economic performance of developing countries, with a special emphasis on Nicaragua.
RCE-UAM publishes both theoretical and empirical articles in both English and Spanish.
