This paper presents the results of an evaluation of the effect of sugarcane molasses at different concentrations, as an alternative and sustainable additive, in hydraulic concrete mixtures. The setting time in cement pastes and the compressive strength of the concrete were determined at different test ages. The results show that the concentration of sugarcane molasses in the mixtures affects the setting times and compressive strength.
